Respect Among Users

Subscription and Recurring Payments
By subscribing to a service with Adult Nordic, you agree to a recurring payment agreement, whereby the subscription fee is automatically charged according to the selected payment plan (monthly or annually).
Binding Period
Any applicable binding period will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. If your subscription includes a binding period (e.g., 1 month or 1 year), you are obligated to pay for the entire duration, regardless of whether the service is used. After the binding period ends, the subscription continues as an ongoing agreement until it is cancelled.
Cancellation
Subscriptions without a binding period can be cancelled at any time. In such cases, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions with a binding period may also be cancelled at any time, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of the binding period. Cancellations must be made through My Account or by written notice to customer support.
Changes to Subscription
Changes to your subscription plan (e.g., upgrade or downgrade) can be made through My Account or by contacting customer support. Changes must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date to take effect in the following period.
Terms of Purchase for Physical Products
When purchasing physical products through our online store, the following terms apply:
Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in the local currency applicable to your country and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase using the available payment options.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute a binding agreement. A final confirmation and receipt will be sent when your order is processed and shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at adultnordic@gmail.com. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
